By adding Coinly to your Discord server or using it in any capacity, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the application from your server and discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

Coinly is a Discord economy application developed by BuiltByTerra. It provides a virtual, per-server currency that members earn through chat activity, voice activity, and game commands, and spend on gambling-style games such as coin flips, dice duels, robberies, and server heists. Coinly's currency is purely virtual, has no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use this application. By using it, you represent that you meet Discord's age and eligibility requirements.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Coinly only for lawful purposes. You must not:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUILTBYTERRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
