1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Suggestit to your Discord server or using it in any capacity, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the application from your server and discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

Suggestit is a Discord suggestion application developed by BuiltByTerra. It lets server members submit suggestions through a form, lets the community vote on them with message buttons and discuss them in a public thread, and gives server staff a one-button workflow to mark each suggestion considering, approved, denied, or implemented. The text of a suggestion is written by its author, and the resolution of a suggestion is decided solely by that server's staff — BuiltByTerra does not review, endorse, or moderate individual suggestions and is not responsible for user-submitted content. Server staff are responsible for moderating suggestions in line with their server rules and Discord's own policies. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use this application. By using it, you represent that you meet Discord's age and eligibility requirements.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Suggestit only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the application to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the application.
• Use the application to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Use the application for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any component of the service.

5. Data Collection and Usage

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to Suggestit. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to Suggestit at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including — but not limited to — a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the application from your server.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUILTBYTERRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Suggestit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
