Rankit turns activity into progression: chatting and voice time earn XP, levels unlock role rewards, and the leaderboard keeps your community competing. The features other leveling bots paywall — role rewards, voice XP, leaderboards — are free here. All of them, forever.
Features
XP for Chatting
Every message earns 15–25 XP, at most once a minute per member — active conversation climbs, spam doesn't. Message content is never read.
Voice XP
Time in voice earns 5–10 XP per minute — but only with at least one other person in the channel. Deafened members, bots, and the AFK channel never earn.
Level Role Rewards
Hand out roles at the levels you choose. Rewards stack, so members keep everything they've earned — and Rankit refuses to save a reward it can't actually assign. Fixed a broken role order? /rewards sync grants every earned role members are still owed.
Roles Restored on Rejoin
A member who leaves and comes back gets their earned reward roles restored automatically — their XP is right where they left it, as long as the server's data still exists.
Delegate with a Staff Role
Let a trusted role manage level rewards — add, remove, and sync — without handing out Manage Server. Set it with /settings staff-role.
Leaderboards & Rank Cards
A paginated server leaderboard with medals for the top three, and a /rank card with level, total XP, progress bar, and server rank.
Level-Up Announcements
Celebrate level-ups in a dedicated channel or right where the member is chatting — or turn them off entirely. Your server, your rules.
Zero Setup
Invite Rankit and it just works — members earn XP from their very first message. The only things to configure are the rewards you want and where level-ups get announced.

How it works
Add Rankit
Invite Rankit — it requests only Manage Roles, used for level rewards. Zero setup required; members start earning XP from their very first message.
Members earn XP
Chatting and hanging out in voice both count. Anti-spam cooldowns and solo-voice rules keep the grind fair.
Set up rewards
Pick the levels that matter and attach roles to them with /rewards add. Rewards stack as members climb.
