Support ticket management for Discord

Use Application

Tickit brings structured support ticket management to your Discord server. Two ticket workflows, automatic transcripts, and a clean one-command setup — your staff can focus on helping users instead of managing chaos.

Features

🎟️

Two Ticket Types

Users choose between General Support for questions and help, or Serious Concern for abuse reports and urgent matters — each routed to separate staff roles and channel categories.

📋

Automatic Transcripts

Every message inside a ticket channel is logged in real time. When a ticket is closed, a full transcript file is attached to the log entry and DMed to the ticket opener.

🙋

Staff Claim System

Staff can claim an open ticket to signal ownership. The log embed updates to yellow and shows who claimed it, preventing duplicate responses.

🔒

Private Channels

Each ticket creates a dedicated private channel — visible only to the opener and the appropriate staff role. Everyone else is locked out by default.

📊

Color-Coded Log Channel

Every ticket lifecycle event posts to a dedicated log channel with color-coded embeds: green when opened, yellow when claimed, red when closed.

⚙️

One-Command Setup

A single /setup slash command takes all configuration inline — panel channel, log channel, staff roles, and category IDs for both ticket types. No dashboard needed.

3

Panel goes live
