By adding Tickit to your Discord server or using it in any capacity, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the application from your server and discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

Tickit is a Discord support ticket application developed by BuiltByTerra. It enables server members to open support tickets (General Support or Serious Concern), routes them to designated staff roles, logs all ticket messages, generates transcripts on closure, and posts lifecycle events to a configured log channel. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use this application. By using it, you represent that you meet Discord's age and eligibility requirements.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Tickit only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the application to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the application.
• Use the application to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUILTBYTERRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
