1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Voiceit to your Discord server or using it in any capacity, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the application from your server and discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

Voiceit is a Discord temporary-voice-channel application developed by BuiltByTerra. When a member joins a configured hub channel, Voiceit creates a personal voice channel for them and makes them its owner. Owners — and any voice mods they promote — manage the room from a panel of buttons Voiceit posts in the hub's controls channel: locking or hiding it, renaming it, setting a user limit, inviting or removing members, and claiming a room whose owner has left. A separate panel lets other members request access to invite-only rooms. Rooms are deleted automatically when they empty. Server managers choose which categories Voiceit operates in and are responsible for ensuring their use of Voiceit complies with Discord's own policies. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use this application. By using it, you represent that you meet Discord's age and eligibility requirements.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Voiceit only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the application to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the application.
• Use the application to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Use the application for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any component of the service.

5. Data Collection and Usage

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to Voiceit. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to Voiceit at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including — but not limited to — a violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the application from your server.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUILTBYTERRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Voiceit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
